What this site collects
The contact form. If you send a message, I get the name, email address and message you typed. It’s delivered to my inbox (Google Workspace) by an email delivery service (Resend). I use it to write back to you and for nothing else. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy.
Visits. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details (browser, device, the page you asked for) to deliver the site and keep it secure. I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you. I see totals — which pages get read, which countries visitors come from — not individual people.
Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form has spam protection and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that works without tracking cookies.

Some links on the gear page are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, the store may pay me a small commission at no cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
When you click through, the store or its affiliate network may set a cookie on their site so the sale is credited. That happens under their privacy policy, not this one. I’m told what sold, never who bought it — I don’t receive your name, address or payment details.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell, rent or trade your information. I don’t run third-party ads here. The site doesn’t track you across other websites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. It isn’t aimed at children and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Other places you’ll find me
This site links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and Patreon. What you do there — including joining the Patreon — is covered by their privacy policies. Patreon handles every membership payment; I never see your card details.
If you email hello@emmasinclairtravel.com, I’ll use your address to reply. There’s no newsletter on this site.
Your choices
Ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — email hello@emmasinclairtravel.com and it’ll be handled within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
